But the gospel calls us to something altogether different. We are to laugh at fear, to lean into suffering, to open ourselves up to the stranger.” – Common Prayer: A Liturgy for Ordinary Radicals.  I’m tweeting up a storm, check it out here.

  2. Mindy,
Sorry it has taken me this long to do this. Mary sent us an email today to remind of this amazing effort. Hang in there. We are praying for strength and energy for all 25 of you…amazing!! God is blesses you tremendously for this major selfless effort!!

After this is over – we have a huge Italian meal waiting for you and your family at one of your restaurants, keep an eye out at church for a Mici gift card in the mail.

    Blessings to you

    • Marissa,

Thank you so much for your encouragement and support. It means so much! This experience has been beyond amazing. We’ve seen God do some awesome stuff! He is present more than ever with all our advocates and a sense of His hand in this has been incredible. Im so blessed and even though this is challenging and tough, the rewards have far outweighed any difficulties.

Believe me, I CAN NOT WAIT to come down to Mici’s! You guys are just the most gracious, generous people. Im overwhelmed! Thank you! 🙂
